Our Team

Tom Gale

Veteran manager of Billy Grant's restaurants, ON20, and many other fine dining establishments in the Hartford Area. Over 20 years experience in the culinary field with an acumen for great food and wine.

Danielle Casey

Director of Catering & Corporate Sales
CT native with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working alongside Tom and Jeff at ON20, Bricco Trattoria and Grants Catering.

Jeffrey Lizotte

Raised in Simsbury, is a Cornell graduate whose culinary résumé includes experience at David Bouley's Danube and Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin in New York City. During two years in France, he worked for Bordeaux's La Tupina and the Michelin-starred La Bastide St. Antoine in Grasse.
